We're Bill and Ursula, the local owners behind Elevation Home Partners. Real people, honest offers, and genuine follow-through on one of the bigger financial decisions you will face.
Elevation Home Partners is a locally owned, family-run real estate company based right here in the Upstate of South Carolina. Bill and Ursula started the business together in 2021, combining decades of hands-on construction, technology, and property experience to help homeowners across Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, and Pickens counties.
We started on a simple belief: selling a house, especially in a hard moment, should not be complicated, costly, or cold. Too many homeowners feel stuck between an expensive, months-long listing and a faceless national "we buy houses" operation run from another state. We built a better option. When you call us, you talk to an owner who lives in your community, looks you in the eye, and stands behind every word.

We are a husband-and-wife team, and these are the two people who will personally handle your sale from the first call to the closing table. More often than not, Ursula is the warm, friendly voice you will talk to first.
Ursula was born in Spartanburg and is a first-generation American; her parents came to the United States from Germany and Italy. She grew up in northern Spartanburg County on a small hobby farm, where hard work and taking care of what you have were simply part of everyday life.
She spent many years in the industrial chemical industry, work that demanded precision, safety, and accountability. Along the way, she helped her family manage several rental homes in Spartanburg, learning firsthand what it takes to maintain properties, work with tenants, and handle the real-world challenges landlords face.
That background shapes how Ursula cares for the people we work with. She understands that behind every house is a family and a story. As the person you are most likely to talk with along the way, she is there to answer your questions, put you at ease, and make sure every detail is handled and every promise we make is kept.
Bill was born in Greenville and grew up in Taylors, so the Upstate has been home his entire life. He learned construction early, working alongside his father, an avid do-it-yourselfer who took on home projects far bigger than most homeowners would ever attempt. Those years taught Bill how houses are really built, and how to fix them.
Through high school and college, he spent summers and breaks working for a contractor building cabinets and commercial millwork. After graduating, he stayed on with that same contractor as a cabinet maker, carpenter, and eventually job superintendent, running entire projects from start to finish. In the mid-1990s he changed careers and moved into Information Technology, where he spent years solving complex problems and managing demanding projects.
That blend of hands-on building and disciplined problem-solving is what Bill brings to every home we look at. When he walks through your house, he sees it clearly: what is cosmetic, what is structural, and what it will truly take to bring it back. It means our offers are grounded in reality, and that we can take on homes other buyers will not touch.
We named our company Elevation Home Partners, and the name carries two meanings for us.
The first is simple and close to home: we love hiking, especially at high elevation in the mountains. There is nothing quite like the climb to higher ground and the view that opens up when you reach it, a reminder that rising above the everyday is worth the effort.
The second runs deeper. We believe that real growth, the kind that lifts a person's life and character, does not come from our own striving but from God, and that every measure of success and honor is ultimately given to us rather than earned on our own. Elevation, to us, is that lifelong journey toward something higher. You do not have to share that belief to work with us, but it is the foundation of how we treat people: with honesty, respect, and a genuine desire to leave others, and their homes, better than we found them.
We purchase houses in every condition. Some need nothing more than a fresh coat of paint before a new family can move in. Others are in serious disrepair, even falling down, and have to be completely gutted and rebuilt before they are ready to be lived in or listed again. We are comfortable with all of it, and everything in between.
Once we buy a home, it takes one of three paths, depending on what makes the most sense for that property. Because we have both the skills and the cash to handle any of them, we can make a fair offer on your house no matter what shape it is in.
Selling your home is one of the largest financial decisions most people ever make. Here is how we earn the trust that comes with it.
We are local. We live here, we invest here, and our reputation is on the line in our own community.
We are always open, honest, and respectful with our clients. We will tell you the truth, even when it is not the answer that benefits us.
We never want anyone to feel pushed into working with us. Our offer is always yours to take or leave.
We are problem-solvers. If selling to us is not your best option, we will tell you so and point you toward a better path, even when it means we do not get the deal.
Even when we are not the right fit, we are glad to talk things through and give you honest, accurate guidance for navigating a difficult situation with your home.
Doing right by our clients is our top priority on every single deal, no exceptions.
When we say we will do something, we do it. We buy with our own cash, so we do not rely on anyone else to fund the purchase, which means we can actually close when we say we will. Many investors do not have the money and must assign your contract to someone who does. We never put you in that position.
Tell us about your Upstate house today. It takes two minutes, there's no obligation, and you've got nothing to lose.
